Big congratulations to Kelvin Turner II! 🎉

We’re celebrating Kelvin Turner II, Program Officer, on being selected as a 2025–2026 Fellow in ABFE’s Gladys K. Washington Connecting Leaders Fellowship Program (CLFP).

CLFP is a year-long experience designed to sharpen skills and strengthen the leadership capacity of foundation staff committed to supporting Black communities through philanthropy.

We can’t wait to see the insight and impact you’ll bring forward. Congratulations on this well-deserved opportunity! ✨

ABFE is proud to introduce the 2026 cohort of the Gladys K. Washington Connecting Leaders Fellowship Program (CLFP)—the first class to carry the name of a leader whose vision helped shape the program’s foundation. 🎉 👏 For nearly two decades, CLFP has supported early- to mid-career philanthropic professionals in strengthening their leadership, advancing racial equity, and expanding their impact, and this year’s fellows step into that legacy with a shared commitment to justice, power-building, and transforming philanthropy from within.
