We were proud to close out Hunger Action Month by celebrating Suffolk Christian Fellowship Center and the important work they’re doing to address food insecurity in our community.

Through a $100,000 a year for 3 years, totaling $300,000, Obici Healthcare Foundation is supporting their efforts to ensure our neighbors have access to nutritious food and the resources they need to thrive.

Creating healthier communities takes all of us, and we’re grateful to support organizations like Suffolk Christian Fellowship Center that are making a meaningful difference every day.

It’s Hunger Action Month!

Healthy communities are built through collaboration, partnership, and a shared commitment to making a difference.

During Hunger Action Month, Obici Healthcare Foundation is proud to recognize our partners at the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore and the Virginia Peninsula Foodbank for the important work they do to ensure our neighbors have access to nutritious food.

Their teams, volunteers, donors, and community partners come together every day to address food insecurity and strengthen the safety net across our region.

We’re proud to partner with organizations that understand that access to nutritious food is foundational to healthier individuals, stronger families, and healthier communities.

The Community Health & Wellness Fair, hosted by Chapel Grove, is a wonderful example of how our Community Engagement Grant opportunity can help make important community initiatives possible.
