As we approach the most wonderful time of year, The Salvation Army is here to help families in need this holiday season.
📆 Online Registration Dates: September 1 through September 30
Requirements:
📱💻 Smartphone, tablet, or computer with camera - Required to upload necessary documentation
📧 Email address
👦👧 Children must be ages 0M - 12 years old
📍Must reside in Suffolk, Franklin, Isle of Wight, Southampton, Surry, or Western Tidewater
🪪 Parent/Legal guardian Photo ID - Government issued photo ID including drivers license, non-driver ID, or U.S. Passport
🏡 Proof of Address - Photo ID is acceptable only if it includes the same exact name and address as your application. If it does not, you will need to upload a copy of a utility bill, lease, mortgage, or a piece of official mail that includes applicant name and current address.
(If you are homeless, you may provide hotel invoices, shelter letters, or hand-written letter from a family member or friend in the service area)
🧑🧒 Proof of Legal Guardianship - Documentation that verifies legal guardianship and includes the child's name, date of birth, and parent information (birth certificate or custody documentation will suffice)
