Silver Moon Vaulters Inc. AVA Member Club Equestrian Vaulting helps develop a balanced seat that can be used in any riding disipline. The main goal is to be in harmony with the horse.

Cross training with equestrian vaulting can also be used to increase your balance and flexibility skills for other sports like cheerleading, gymnastics and dance.
