Calling all equestrians [and people who love the equine sport]! 🐴

We're excited to host a jumper derby at our Nature Center on July 18, as equestrians from across the 757 compete in two jumping courses with up to twelve jumps each. The divisions include 12” Cross Rails, 18” Verticals, 2’ Verticals and spreads, 2’6” Verticals and spreads and 3’ Verticals and spreads.

Proceeds from the event will allow us to further our work 'giving light to those who serve' in uniform and their families across Hampton Roads. Come to compete or simply come to support HKF and enjoy a great event!

Want to compete? Here's the scoop:
🐴 Teams are limited to 10 riders per division/height.
🐴 Competitors may ride in multiple divisions, but must adhere to ride times provided. Competitors should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to ride time and be at the gate 2 minutes before ride time.
🐴 Coggins check required on-site before unloading.
🐴 The deadline to register is July 3.
🐴 Send your registration information to Ric Sutton [Rider’s name, Horse’s name, Division/height, T-shirt size, telephone number] at [email protected]
🐴 Payment due at check-in via cash or checks made payable to Hero Kids Foundation
