Miss Juneteenth Virginia The Miss Juneteenth Legacy Pageant serves as the primary platform to the Miss Juneteenth USA Scholarship Pageant.

Miss Juneteenth VA is a two-phase youth experience that begins with the Mentorship Program and culminates in the Miss Juneteenth Virginia Legacy Pageant– where we focus on culture, confidence, and commemoration. Our focus is to educate, elevate, and empower our young women of color to magnify Black Excellence. The Miss Juneteenth Virginia Legacy Pageant marries "pageantry and legacy"

together and is based 'in total' on historical education, youth mentorship, and commemorating the Juneteenth legacy.
