Sev7en By Design is a not- for- profit organization with goals to service all of Suffolk County, New York. However our movement is a global movement to awaken and empower all girls in need. One of our many services includes providing a place for them to shop for clothes for free. We accomplish this by soliciting and collecting new designer clothes for distribution through our location and a networ
k of service agencies, and programs that serve our target population. We use these clothes as a tool to break down the wall/ “barrier” that these girls often build up between themselves and most of society. We Believe that through a holistic approach young girls can develop a connection through mind body and spirit. Providing a platform where they can creatively express themselves through the arts, introducing them to meditation, yoga, even intuitive eating and other healthy alternatives. Not only will this improve the individual’s confidence, but it will create a positive domino effect in each of their lives. Connecting to one self spiritually, each girl will have a better understanding of her self-worth and the ability to recognize and appreciate that she is a part of something larger then herself- a process that will benefit our community at large. This Empowerment will also assist in lessening the burdens of government, neighborhood tensions and eliminating some prejudices that these young women face daily, all while combating community deterioration, juvenile delinquency, and teen pregnancy. We are currently expanding and creating more services that focus on stress relief through meditative art, etiquette, and cooking, self motivation, expression of self talents such as poetry, theatrics, music, fashion, art, and book clubs. The mission of all events & fundraisers are to help spread awareness, and to raise funds to support and maintain Sev7en By Designs committed determination to transform the lives of girls across the globe, starting here in Suffolk County New York

the dream of compassion. Sev7en By Design is bringing love and compassion to girls in need while inspiring them to live their dream. Girls who have been misplaced, abused, injured or who are just basically suffering from a lifetime of hopelessness receive beautiful, new or gently used, designer clothes donated from our supporters. More importantly, aside from the clothing, they leave with valuable lessons through positive experiences, and the realization that they matter. Their presence in this life is significant NOW. Mission: Our mission is to awaken the dream of compassion in the hearts of all who join us. We work passionately to improve the quality of everyday living for at risk youth aged girls in our community.
