🤸‍♂️What inspired you to start this business?
🖍I worked for other agencies before starting my own. I was encouraged to start my practice by my mother. It was her hope to see me open an business. She did not get to see it happen before she passed in 1996. Her name was Angel, known as “Little Angel” to her family. The practice is named in memory of my mother.

🤸‍♂️How long have you been in this business/practice?
🖍 27+ years

🤸‍♂️What keeps you going every day?
🖍 Every day is a new day! My favorite quote from Confucius is “Find a job that you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.” Proud to say I haven’t “worked” in 27 years!

🤸‍♂️What's your favorite part of your business/practice?
🖍 The relationships formed with employees, contractors, parents, guardians, caregivers and most importantly, our students and patients!

🤸‍♂️What makes your business unique?
🖍 Although we continue to grow, we maintain the high quality we have always been known for. Parents and caregivers know they can call and will get me or one of our staff members to take care of anything they need.

🚶🏽‍♀️What inspired you to start this business?

👣 I became a chiropractor after I had a slip and a fall injury and a chiropractor fixed me up in record time! I was a pre med major at the time and that fall changed the course of my career! After chiropractic school I began my speciality in the field of neurology and neurofeedback. Neurofeedback is a non invasive way to support children and adults with challenges like depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia and more! It has been such a great tool to have in the practice.

👣 I am truly honored to have the opportunity to help people every day feel better! 👣 This is a tough one to just choose one! I appreciate the opportunity to be there for patients in a time of need. To meet a patient where they are, be a source of encouragement and get them on their healing path. Some highlights over the years are breech presentations resolving, infants not needing helmets because their plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome) resolved, children not needing tubes because their ear infections resolved!

🚶🏽‍♀️ What makes your business/practice unique?

👣 I am a chiropractor with a diplomate in neurology (only over 1000 worldwide with this certification), board certification in neurofeedback and 26 years of taking care of infants, children, moms and families!

🚶🏽‍♀️ What is the best compliment you've received about your business/practice?

👣 The best compliment is one you will see in my reviews. I consistently listen to my patients, treat them individually and customize their care to get them the best results possible!

👣 “Iwant you to know that I understand how stressful it can be to not feel your best. I take this very seriously and will help be a partner with you to help you achieve your wellness goals!
Neurofeedback is one of the tools I offer that is typically underutilized! For example; if a patient is suffering with anxiety or depression neurofeedback is a non invasive way to improve brain function without the use of drugs! This can be a home run to change the brain permanently and get at the root of the problem!"

Craniosacral therapy is offered as complementary services when appropriate.

🤰What inspired you to start this business/practice?
🩺My inspiration came from seeing how much of a difference gentle, personalized care can make during major life transitions like pregnancy and early parenthood. I wanted to build a practice that prioritizes education, nervous system support, and collaboration with birth professionals, so patients feel empowered and supported rather than rushed or overlooked.

🩺 I started my own practice in May 2009. I have been in the same location for over 16 years.

🩺 What keeps me going every day is the trust patients place in me during important life transitions. Being part of their care team—helping them feel supported, informed, and physically more comfortable—continues to motivate me and reminds me why this work matters.

🤰What's your favorite part of your business/practice?
🩺 My favorite part of my business is building long-term relationships with families and having the privilege of supporting them over time. I especially love watching children grow—seeing their confidence develop, helping them better understand their bodies, and being a familiar, trusted presence as they move through different stages of life. Being part of that learning process, alongside pregnancy and postpartum care, is incredibly meaningful to me.

🩺 What makes my business unique is that it is a women-owned, family-focused practice rooted in care that meets each individual where they are and supports them in reaching their personal health goals.

🩺 The biggest compliment I receive is when patients tell me they trust me—especially when they feel heard, respected, and confident in the care they’re receiving. Knowing that patients feel safe asking questions and making informed decisions about their health means a great deal to me.

🤰What is one thing you would like the community to know about your business/practice?
🩺 One thing I would like the community to know about my business is that my practice is built on trust, education, and genuine connection. I take the time to listen, meet each person where they are, and work collaboratively with other care providers so families feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and every stage beyond.

🤰 Do you have any special offers or announcements coming up that you would like to share with the community?
🩺I’m excited to share that I am expanding my services to include craniosacral therapy. I have completed Craniosacral Therapy Levels 1 and 2 through the Upledger Institute and will continue my advanced training over the coming years. This gentle modality allows me to further support patients—especially during pregnancy and postpartum—with a calm, nervous system–focused approach that complements chiropractic care.

🚶‍ My goal is to help families become healthier, naturally. There is nothing more rewarding than helping a pregnant mom help achieve the birth she is looking for through the Webster Technique or with help alleviating pain. Also, working with infants and seeing the changes from when the baby comes in colicky, gassy, refulx, etc.. and improve drastically with gentle chiropractic care.

🚶‍ I have been in practice for over 20 years and specializing in Family Wellness Care for over 15.

🤰What keeps you going every day?
🚶‍Knowing that I am making a difference in people's lives. I love getting text messages on a daily basis about how my office has helped someone.

🤰What is your favorite part about your business?
🚶‍Being able to help pregnant moms when their OB says there is nothing that can be done except take Tylenol and Ice. Also, unfortunately due to my specialty we take care of children with different types of special needs (autism, sensory), children with flatheads and it is just rewarding when the child's health improves through Chiropractic care.

🤰What is one thing you would like us to know about your practice?
🚶‍ I am always here to help. I always tell my patients that it is not about me and if I feel like I can help you, I will tell you and if I can't I will let you know as well and refer you to the appropriate provider.

🤰What is the best compliment you've received about your services?
🚶‍Referral of a family member or a friend, hands down. There is NO better compliment.

🤰What makes your business unique?
🚶‍ The specialization of helping Pediatrics (infants and children) and Pregnant patients in my office. I have learned over 20 years how to help these parents navigate the common issues we see with this patient base and help them naturally!
