🛠️💥👷🏼♂️Yesterday 5/6/26 Sudlersville Ruritan members were at it again!! We were able to provide and installed a handicap ramp for another neighbor in need! 🤗🧑🏼🦽➡️
☎️ The club was contacted and informed that a neighbor just across the Delaware line had been involved in a serious motorcycle accident. As a result of this accident the young lady involved had to have her leg amputated, and has suddenly suffered impaired physical abilities.
⭕️ A full circle moment happened for our Club within the same week. At the beginning of the week the club was notified that a family who previously received a ramp from us no longer needed it, and asked if the club would like it back. Two days later we learned of our Delaware neighbor in need!
👷🏽♂️Club members got to work quickly, they disassembled and transported the metal ramp from one family to the next family in need. There were a few extra pieces required for the new install to happen, but plans came together and another ramp was successfully installed for our neighbor in need. The family was very grateful and the ramp will significantly improve the young lady’s quality of life while she heals and navigates her recovery. ❤️🩹

🌺 This week we have our FLOWER SALE, starts TOMORROW (5/8 & 5/9) At Peoples Bank in Sudlersville 9a-6p. Money raised goes to support our community through ramp builds, scholarships, and many other community supported initiatives.
