This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage, dedication, and selflessness will never be forgotten.

As we spend time with family and friends this weekend, may we also take a moment to reflect on the freedoms we enjoy because of those who gave everything to protect them.

From all of us at Santiam Hospital & Clinics, we extend our deepest gratitude to our fallen heroes and their families. 🇺🇸❤️

Last weekend, Lead Community Health Worker Josie Crocker and SI Coordinator Kim Dwyer spent the day in Detroit at the fishing derby doing outreach. They provided (and sized) free life jackets to those who needed one, talked about the services that Santiam Hospital & Clinics provides. Josie and Kim brought information to the community regarding the Health Related Social Needs Program that Santiam is assisting with and new resource guides made their debut as well!
Thank you to the Detroit Lake Foundation for having us. We love the collaboration we have been able to do in Detroit and Idanha.

Santiam Hospital & Clinics had such a great time at the Linn County Lamb & Wool Fair Parade this past weekend in Scio!
Huge thank you to Danny Freitag, our Ambulance Director, along with team members Brittany Goss, Ryan Davies, and the many volunteers who showed up to represent Santiam with pride.
It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with our Scio community, share some smiles, and be part of such a special local tradition. The kiddos who joined in made it even more fun—absolutely adorable and full of energy!
We’re grateful to be part of a community that shows up, supports one another, and celebrates together. We can’t wait for the next one!

Mental Health Action Day – May 14th 💚
Mental Health Action Day is a national movement focused on turning awareness into action. It’s a reminder that supporting our mental health—and each other—starts with simple steps: checking in, speaking up, and making space for real conversations.
At Santiam Hospital, we’re proud to support this message and encourage our community to take time to prioritize their well-being and help reduce the stigma around mental health.
📸 Photo Booth (Back by Popular Demand!)
Stop by the main lobby from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM to connect, have some fun, and capture a moment with your coworkers!
Start a conversation, or simply taking a moment for yourself—every action matters.
Let’s take action together!
