Student Ministry 6th-12th Grade at Southside Baptist Church in Stuttgart, AR Riptide is defined as "a stretch of turbulent water in a river or the sea caused by one current flowing into or across another current". We aim to be a difference in the world we see today, to be that current that flows agains

t the other current. We do this by the study of God's word and through the discipleship and accountability among our peers to live a life that brings glory and honor to the triune God, Jesus Christ. We seek to show the enthusiasm and excitement that comes along with being a Christian and being with a body of believers working together.

Important Legacy Project update!
After 20 years since the Lord opened doors for SBC to purchase land on the southeast side of town off of 22nd street, and years of faithful giving and waiting on the Lords timing, our church family has voted to move forward with the building plans that has been presented recently from our Legacy Team. We’re excited to press on toward this goal and continue to seek not our will but His to be done in all of this.
Church family, our monthly business meetings will be as important as ever to plan to attend each month so you can stay on top of updates to this project and help with further decisions.
Look out in the future for a Ground Breaking gathering out on the new property soon. Please continue praying and giving as the Lord leads. We know the Lord will provide!
