We are so excited for the work getting done here at the Hopwood Hope House and this historic restoration. I had one area pastor quip to me today that "You can't call it the Hopwood House anymore because we don't have to hop over any broken wood to get in!" Praise God for that! Yes, we don't want there to be any barriers between the hurting and broken and the hope that Jesus offers and we pray that this home can be a refuge and place to connect with the eternal hope found only in Christ.
PS: We are the Hopwood House not because of hoping over broken boards but because of the generous donation of this historic home to Love INC by the late Matt and Kym Hopwood. Stop in for coffee sometime and we'd love to share the story with you.

We are so grateful to everyone who participated in our Building Hope fundraiser for the new deck and all the wonderful landscaping and historic renovation happening around the Hopwood Hope House. Our main entrance has moved back the West side facing the Erskine Building and we are open for regular hours through the construction. Praise God for the work he is doing here in Sturgis and abroad!

A BIG THANK YOU to First Interstate Bank for sharing their time with us during their annual volunteer day! They helped us finish tearing out the last of the old deck, deliver furniture, and move out a previous participant who was head out of state to new home. Great work day!

Huge shoutout to Cassie and Logan with The Lost Bus for partnering with us the last couple of weeks to show the love of Jesus to our community!

Cassi and Logan spent many hours the last couple weeks helping all over Love INC, from the spending time in the RISE workshop to assisting in some tedious yet important data entry. Thank you for all your hard work and we pray you are a blessing to the next community you visit.

God is willing and able to bulldoze obstacles out of the way that we might have a saving relationship with him through Jesus Christ his Son. What an incredible blessing! Again, the work here at the Hopwood Hope House only serves as a reminder of these incredible and eternal truths, truths we are excited to share with the lost, broken, and hurting in our community as this historic restoration allows us to have a place of refuge and a place where we can point people to God's PLAN A, the local church.

When God does his transforming work in our life through the redeeming blood of Christ he doesn't simply fix-up what was broken or build over the rotten parts. He tears them out and gives us a new nature, we are transformed by the renewing of our minds, the old has been taken off and the new has come. This building restoration is just one way that truth is symbolized, a truth we desire all we interact with to come to know.

Huge thank you to Black Hills Tire and RC Post 320 Baseball for supporting Love INC this summer!

What an awesome season for Post 320! ⚾️

The Stars were incredible to watch all summer long, and we had so much fun following their season. We wrapped up this year’s fundraiser by presenting a $2,500 donation to Love Inc. Love Inc. does vital work across the Black Hills, providing families with essential resources, life-skills training, and hands-on support when they need it most.
