The Black Hills Renaissance Festival is a local weekend event that welcomes attendees of all ages to experience a weekend of history, entertainment, and creativity!

Returning to Kickstands Campground on June 27–28, 2026, the festival features live entertainment, artisan vendors, historical reenactments, demonstrations, contests, and family-friendly activities. Over the years, it has become a favorite regional tradition, drawing visitors from across the area to celebrate craftsmanship, education, and the spirit of the Renaissance.
