We're very excited to announce the next speaker in our speaker series! Butterfly expert, author, and international speaker Carol Pasternak will join us online on Thursday, May 14 (6:00-7:30 p.m. EST). In Preaching Beyond the Choir, Carol's message is that native plant gardening is not only ecologically important but fun and joyful. Through stories, photos, and videos, her engaging presentation will excite you about the butterflies and other pollinators native plants will attract to your garden. What's more, she'll provide you with the tools to inspire members of your community to join the native plant movement. Carol can be found online on her website, The Monarch Crusader.

We hope you'll join us in being inspired on May 14th! Register to receive the Zoom link here: https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/1985209252314?aff=oddtdtcreator🦋

😃 Less raking = more baking for the pollinators! 😂 🐝 They need the habitat!
🍁 Leave the leaves. You can rake them up, but leave them whole.
🪏Pile them up at base of trees, around perennials, on your garden beds, or in seperate piles for home sweet homes for pollinators!
🌎 The soil will get better too!
