Events like these allow us to spread awareness about the work we do to support our nation’s veterans through our Cheer Packages and other initiatives.

Every day, thousands of veterans could benefit from a reminder that their service is appreciated.

At Operation Not Alone, we send Cheer Packages filled with encouragement and appreciation to veterans across the country for Veterans Day. Each package costs approximately $15 to assemble and mail, but the impact of receiving one is far greater than its cost. This year, we are estimated to send roughly 600 Cheer Packages.

We're inviting businesses to partner with us by sponsoring Cheer Packages.

Your business can sponsor:
5 Cheer Packages - $75
25 Cheer Packages - $375
100 Cheer Packages - $1,500
We can also do a custom amount of packages that fits the dollar amount you are able to donate.

As a business sponsor, you'll receive meaningful recognition:
• We'll promote your business across our social media channels.
• We'll include your business information in the Cheer Packages you sponsor, so recipients know who helped make the package possible.
• Whenever possible, we'll send the packages you sponsor to veterans in communities where your business operates, allowing you to make a positive impact close to home.

Happy Fourth of July! 🇺🇸

As we celebrate our nation’s independence, we also honor the brave men and women who have defended the freedoms we enjoy every day. Our military members, veterans, and their families have answered the call to serve, and because of their sacrifice, courage, and commitment, America continues to stand strong.

As we look ahead to America’s 250th anniversary, we are reminded that our nation’s story has always been written by those willing to protect it.

At Operation Not Alone, we remain committed to ensuring that no service member or veteran faces life’s challenges alone. Together, we can continue to support those who have given so much for our country.

Some opportunities come along that are simply too meaningful to put into words.

Today, I'm honored to share that I will be serving as the next Executive Director of Operation Not Alone.

Supporting our active-duty military members, veterans, and military families has become one of the greatest passions of my life. Through this journey, I've had the privilege of meeting incredible people, including Susan, whose dedication and heart have shaped this organization for the past 13 years.

I'm grateful for the trust that has been placed in me and excited to help lead Operation Not Alone into its next chapter. There is so much more to come, and I can't wait to continue serving those who have given so much for our country.

A special thank you to Susan, Casey, Megan, Allison, and MeKenzie for trusting me with this role.

13 years ago, I was a college freshman fueled by passion to help the veteran community and create something that made true, lasting impact around the world. It started as a simple idea and I have been continuously blown away by how this organization has grown year-after-year.

Founding Operation Not Alone has been one of the greatest honors of my life. Together, we built a community, supported countless service members and veterans, and proved what is possible when people come together in service to others. However, sometimes leadership means knowing when it’s time to pass the torch.

Lately my life has taken me down several different paths that have pulled my time and attention elsewhere. And after much reflection, I have recognized that I can no longer give this organization the time, energy, and leadership it deserves. For that reason, I have made the difficult decision to step aside - I feel it to be the most responsible decision for the future of the organization.

To every volunteer, donor, board member, partner, supporter, and veteran who has been part of this journey, thank you. Thank you for believing in the mission, for showing up when it mattered, and for helping turn a dream into a lasting impact. I am endlessly grateful for the memories, friendships, and multitude of lives impacted along the way.

While this chapter is coming to a close for me, my belief in Operation Not Alone’s mission remains unchanged. I will always be proud of what we accomplished together and will continue cheering the organization in any way that I can.

Most importantly, I am incredibly excited for the future of Operation Not Alone under the leadership of our new Executive Director, whom our board voted on unanimously. I have complete confidence in her ability to lead the organization into its next chapter, and I cannot wait to see the impact that lies ahead.

Thank you for allowing me the privilege of serving this mission for the past 13 years. It has truly been the honor of a lifetime 💛🖤
