Leadership Door County

This month, our Leadership Door County cohort had the opportunity to explore the impact of healthcare across our community! The group had the opportunity to meet the people and organizations who care for Door County every single day.

Participants explored the full spectrum of local healthcare, from emergency response with Sister Bay Fire & Door County EMS to the preventative and community-wide impact of Door County Public Health. Stops at DCMC, N.E.W. Community Clinic, and Serenity Springs showcased how accessible, high-quality care is delivered across every stage of life.

Throughout the day, the group visited:
• Serenity Springs
• DCMC Clinic & Rehab
• Sister Bay Fire & EMS
• Door County Public Health
• Door County Medical Center
• N.E.W. Community Dental Clinic

Each stop highlighted not only the services available, but the dedication, innovation, and collaboration it takes to keep our community healthy.
