Dolly Parton -We will miss your fierce and beautiful presence on this earth.

Dolly Parton was an icon and incredible ally to the LGBTQI+ community. Through her music and fierce allyship, she taught us all that "not a one is turned away when it’s family.”

Our hearts are with her family, friends, loved ones, and fans today as we mourn her loss.

Update: Pride tent at the Sturgeon Bay Farmers market pause for the rest of the season. We feel our focus and energies are best channeled towards strategic planning and growth in 2027. Thanks to all our volunteers. You make us full of pride.
We will be back stronger than ever at next year’s Market.

On Saturday, Berlin’s Pride event was attacked. The attack ended with one woman dead and another 27 injured. We at Open Door Pride are keeping the LGBTQ+ community and everyone affected by the attack in our thoughts

To our LGBTQ+ family in Berlin, Door County, and everywhere: you are seen, you are valued, and you are not alone. We stand with you today and every day.
