🌱🌱Just a reminder🌱🌱

The One Plant Project will be distributing plants/seeds on Sunday, May 17th from 11:00am to 12:30pm in front of Tantasqua Regional High School.
For those interested, seeds and seedlings will be provided to you with the hope that you will donate the produce that your plant creates back to the One Plant Project. We will then distribute it to Tantasqua-area food banks. If you are interested in signing up to help us grow food, please complete the participation form which can be found: https://www.oneplantproject.org/participate.

Dear Community Members,

My name is Elora Devlin and I am a student at Tantasqua High School. This year I am continuing the community service project called the One Plant Project, which was created in 2021 by a member of THS’s class of 2022. Its goal is to provide local food banks/pantries with fresh produce. To accomplish this, I am looking for people to participate by growing a vegetable plant from a seedling or seeds as well as for people with vegetable gardens to donate excess produce. For those interested, seeds and seedlings will be provided to you with the hope that you will donate the produce that your plant creates back to the One Plant Project. We will then distribute it to Tantasqua-area food banks. Thank you to everyone who volunteered to help us this year. We collected 1,180 pounds of produce this growing season. Thank you for helping us make a difference in our community one plant at a time. We look forward to seeing you again next year.

Tomorrow will be our last day collecting produce and non-perishables! We will be at Tantasqua Regional High School from 11-1. We look forward to seeing you!

As a reminder we are always accepting non-perishables and if you have any questions please reach out to us at [email protected]. Also as a reminder you can also drop off at any time at Hubbard Physical Therapy, 58 Main Street in Sturbridge during their normal business hours.
