❤️ Generosity shows up in so many different ways here at LAHIA, and we’re always thrilled when unexpected donations come through our doors!

📸 This throwback highlights some of the wonderful donations we received in late September and early October. From our consistent supporters, like St. Luke’s, who generously donate each month, to shared overflow from our friends at Community Table, every contribution makes a difference.

Sometimes, generosity comes from a local community member who randomly chooses a nonprofit to support. Other times, it arrives on a Saturday, making our Monday morning that much brighter! ❤️

The truth is, there’s no one way to give back. It might be a planned monthly donation, a few extra items you have on hand, or simply thinking of LAHIA when you have something to share. No matter how it happens, every act of kindness helps us continue providing support, spreading hope, and making a difference for our neighbors in need.

To everyone who thinks of LAHIA, shares what they can, and finds little ways to give back, THANK YOU! Your generosity keeps our mission moving forward and reminds us just how special our community truly is. ❤️

We’re so grateful to be surrounded by people who believe in helping others and showing up for their neighbors.

Throwback!!! 💕

Last Saturday we had the pleasure of welcoming City Church, one of LAHIA's newest church partnerships.

They have committed to volunteering with us on a monthly basis and we couldn't be more happy to have them. We are always thankful for new partnerships that come through!

Some partnerships like to fly low under the radar, but for us, it’s important to give them credit for the AMAZING community work they do! ❤️

Thanks to one of our awesome volunteers, Jack, and his wife, Ginny, and their foundation honoring and inspired by their son, Bart, we’ve been able to provide an average of 5 pairs of work boots a month for our working clients.

Just last week, we were able to purchase 2 brand-new pairs for 2 clients in need, and we felt it was necessary to give a shoutout to Bart’s Blue Star for making this possible!

We’d like to thank Bart’s Blue Star for their contributions over the years and for supplying work boots for our clients. These boots provide not just comfort and safety but dignity for our clients as they work toward stability.

Check out the amazing work they are doing!

Last week, we received a very special donation from one of our incredibly kind neighbors. ❤️

And let’s just say… no cloudy skies were going to stop them! ☁️🌧️💪

Rain or shine, their generosity showed up for our community—and we are so grateful! ❤️

Thank you for helping us continue to support our neighbors in need and for being part of what makes this community so special.

❤️ A little throwback!!!! ❤️

Last month, our team had the opportunity to visit the Walgreens Distribution Center in Jupiter, FL, where we were awarded a very generous gift thanks to their employees’ fundraising efforts!

LAHIA has been fortunate to have a long-term partnership with our local Walgreens for many years. Through the kindness of donors who contribute toward our clients’ medication costs, our local Walgreens has been able to help provide much-needed medications at a lower cost. ❤️

It’s partnerships like these that make such a meaningful difference in our community. When local businesses, employees, donors, and nonprofits come together, our neighbors in need feel the impact.

Thank you, Walgreens, for keeping LAHIA close to your heart and continuing to support the work we do! ❤️
