It's with a heavy heart we have had to make the difficult decision to cancel this Saturday's Wreaths Across America Ceremony and wreath placement. With an expected high temp of -3° we feel it just isn't safe for young and old to be out in those temps. Even at the time of our scheduled ceremony temps are expected to be in negative double digits. We will begin placing wreaths on all our Veterans headstones in the coming days. If you would like to help place wreaths or want to place a specific wreath let us know. Watch announcements on Facebook for updates. We are currently at approximately $1300.00 of our sponsorship goal of $2500.00 if all wreaths are purchased during the BOGO Sale Option needed to cover next year's wreaths. If you haven't sponsored or would like to sponsor a Veteran’s wreath, please consider doing so. We will get a buy one get one free wreath deal from sometime next week for 30 days. I will post when that occurs. Order forms are available at Robbe’s, Strum CCF Bank, Strum CCU, Immanual Lutheran Church in Strum and Elk Creek Lutheran Church of Hale and can be mailed to me or at the establishments listed.
