Flash sale - After years of our wonderful chairs being donated to hospitals around the country, we’re changing out the finish we use so to better stand up to the industrial strength cleaners used in hospitals. We have 8 chairs already completed that we can’t refinish exactly like the one shown here, perfect for your home or office, so we’re offering them up for sale at the price of just $500. Delivery is extra, but you can also arrange to pick it up in northeast Ohio’s Amish country at our craftsman’s shop.

If you’ve used one of our chairs you know how amazing they are and built by hand to last a lifetime.

For one month only, you can buy one of our Amish made rocking chairs, exactly like the ones you've used or seen in NICUs and birthing suites around the country.

The cost is $520, not including shipping. The chairs are pre-pay with a 90 day lead time (we've started construction on the first batch already to hopefully get ahead of that a little).

Update: We are wrapping up the details on the chair sale, we hope to have it live in the next week. We can provide the following information:

- Price will be $520 EXCLUDING SHIPPING
- Chairs will be available to order for one month
- Production time is up to 90 days
- Pictures and materials will be listed on the online form
- $100 of the purchase price will be tax deductable
- Shipping will be due once we know what it will cost. We will have rough guidelines when the order form goes live

This year, the foundation and the ambassador team that support it are going to be doing a very special fundraiser. For the first time, and a limited time, we're going to make the rocking chairs available to the public. We've done limited "one off" purchases in the past for those who have asked, but that has been challenging, and nothing we've ever publicized before.

The price of the chairs will be $505 each, with a portion of the proceeds going back to the foundation so we can continue to put more chairs in the places they will do the most good.

We're looking to provide a flat-rate shipping for the chairs, and we'll have info on that in a few days.

The chairs are custom made by Amish craftsmen in the midwest and take 8-9 weeks to complete each. Please note that no customization will be available. We'll provide pictures of some recently completed chairs during ordering.

We'll keep the order window open 3-4 weeks, and notice will go out when chairs begin production. We'll be posting a link to our website where you'll be able to order.

Its stories like these that we get that make the work that we do here st the foundation feel worth it and like the smallest of sacrifices.

“I wanted to write you to let you know the impact that your ticking chairs have had on my family. Above are my two girls- Emma is the oldest, born 2015 at Fairview and was in the NICU. At that time I used the rocking chairs when I visited in shifts while she was there. Following her arrival home I looked up the meaning “Eleonore Rocks” foundation and was touched by the foundations story so much. Jan 10, 2018 my second daughter was born, I had a hard pregnancy and she was premature at 32 weeks. Once again, at Fairview NICU and dealing with emotions that only other parents in that situation could understand. She is named Eleonore Jean, in honor of the chairs that helped myself and my family during those NICU stays. She is home today, putting on weight and doing well. I just wanted you to know, that the foundation is doing exactly what it was meant to do.
