Vandalism at the Clubhouse again this week
It has come to our attention that the clubhouse restrooms were not left in an
acceptable condition sometime between Tuesday and Thursday of this week and
last week. We are asking all residents to help ensure that these facilities are
used responsibly and kept clean, safe, and orderly for everyone.
Please note that the Association currently does not have staff dedicated to cleaning
the clubhouse and pool area on a daily basis. These areas are cleaned only a
few times each week in an effort to help keep HOA expenses and fees as low as
possible. If these issues continue, we will be charged at fee of $60 per
incident.
Incidents involving improper use of the restrooms create additional challenges for
maintaining these shared facilities and cannot continue. We respectfully ask
that you speak with all members of your household, including children and
guests, about treating the clubhouse amenities with care and respect.
