It was a fun night for the Optimist Club!! A big thank you to Adela Hema Schroth, Carrie Lynn, and special guest, Bill Furman , founder of Acts of kindness Day, March 6th, 2027, for helping promote the Strongsville Optimist Club and Acts of Kindness at the Strongsville Business Expo!!! We had so much fun meeting new people and telling them what the Optimist Club is all about. We have some possible new members!! We passed out bookmakers and key changes with positive thoughts on them!!

50 students at today's Jr. Optimist meeting!!!! Their guest speaker was Bill Furman , founder of Random Acts of Kindness day, March 6th, 2027! The students were so attentive and supportive of his agenda!! You could hear a pin drop! Thank you Bill for spreading Kindness! He donated a Nothing Bundt Cake for the Jr. Optimist to give away as an act of kindness!! I'll let you know next meeting who they donated too!!!
Before they left, the Jr. Optimist wrote thank you notes to Veterans for Veterans Day! Ms. Tomson will deliver them! Michele Kubaitis, Teacher Advisor, does an amazing job with the club!! Adela Hema , Optimist adviser, thank you for the delicious cupcakes!!!

Today the Strongsville Optimist Club volunteered at Red Wagon Farm !!! Thank you Alex Ross for helping spread acts of kindness by giving free tickets to random families attending the farm.

We had a nice meeting tonight. Bill Furman is so inspirational. All members present are on board in spreading Random Acts of Kindness Day March 6, 2027! They are setting him up to talk at their churches, schools, etc.!! Thank you Bill for reminding us how important Kindness is to others!!

We had a great time at the Brunswick Optimist Club's Fall Fest Fundraiser! Thank you to Strongsville Optimist members Phyllis Limpert, Charlene Nagy , future Optimist member Marilyn Long, and Past Governor Debbie Clerk Walsh for making this a fun evening!! Bill Furman and Cindy sat with us. Bill, founder of Random Act of Kindness Day (March 6, 2027) will be our speaker at our Monday meeting. Dan and Joanne Schick Szabo filled our table. It was great to see them! I was their son's first grade teacher!! Thank you Brunswick Optimist Club for all you for the youth in your community!! ❤️

Strongsville Jr. Optimist Club had their first meeting today! For each meeting, they are taking a sentence from our Creed and applying it to their life. Today was Be So Strongsville.......they wrote their thoughts on leaves and taped them on a tree painted on a hallway window for all to see!!! Great job Jr. Optimist!!!!
