🫸🫷High-fives and happy tears are in order for our very own Dispatcher Ashley! 🥳🚑

It started as a typical shift, but quickly turned into a morning no one will forget. Dispatcher Ashley from our Strongsville location received a call from a panicked father-to-be pulled over on the side of the road. His 33-year-old wife was 40 weeks pregnant and the baby decided he wasn’t waiting for the hospital!

In the face of a high-pressure situation, Ashley was the definition of "cool, calm, and collected." Within 4 Minutes of answering the call, the baby begins making his grand entrance! Dispatcher Ashley stays on the line, providing constant reassurance to Dad and keeping him focused. 2 minutes later.....a healthy baby was delivered right there on the roadside!

Dispatcher Ashley followed her Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) protocols to the T, ensuring both mom and baby were safe until paramedics arrived. Her professionalism and steady voice were exactly what this family needed during those intense six minutes.

Please join us in congratulating Dispatcher Ashley on earning her Stork Pin! 🍼✨ This pin is specifically reserved for those who aid in the successful delivery of a baby before EMS arrives. Congratulations Ashley!!! We are so proud to have you on our team.
