Congratulations to our graduating senior Cassidy Milner! Cassidy started skating at age five at the Learn to Skate program at the North Olmsted Recreation Center. She then joined the synchronized skating team in North Olmsted, Cleveland Ice Storm, and competed in synchronized skating competitions for four years. She next joined the Strongsville Skating Club in 2017. She was coached by Kelly Lynch and competed in freestyle, and has tested up to her Intermediate Freeskate Test. She was also coached by Stacey Stachowicz to become a U.S. Figure Skating Gold Medalist in Solo Free Dance, Solo Pattern Dance, and Moves in the Field. She has been awarded the Platinum Level distinction for graduating seniors by U.S. Figure Skating. Cassidy was also a member of the Padua Franciscan High School Figure Skating Team for 5 years, winning three team state championships.
Cassidy will be attending The Ohio State University to study biochemistry in the fall. Cassidy would like to thank her family, friends, and coaches for all that they have done to support her on and off the ice.
We are so proud of you Cassidy and can't wait to see what your future holds!
