Encounter Encounter - Definition:
Noun - a particular kind of meeting or experience with another person. Verb - to come upon face to face

We are a movement called to be a voice of awakening to America. Encounter is a multi-generational gathering of God followers. Our hearts are wide open to people from all backgrounds, regardless of where they are on their spiritual journey, even if they don't have one. Your history, clothing, color of hair are all irrelevant to us. We aim to be a life-giving movement and our goal is to infuse life and God's love into people through engaging, powerful worship encounters. Together, we're striving to become the kind of people described in the Bible, where there's relevant teaching, heart-felt worship, honest friendships, constant prayer, and compassionate care for those in need. In short, we'd like to have the kind of contagious Christianity that can influence and encourage the entire culture, one life at a time.
