Habonim Dror Camp Moshava Raising generations of Jewish leaders through a progressive Jewish camping experience since 1935. At Moshava, we live according to the values of Habonim Dror.

Camp Moshava is 1 of the 6 incredible camps in the United States and Canada belonging to Habonim Dror North America. Habonim Dror machanot (summer camps) provide children (ages 8 to 17) with a unique camping experience. In a kibbutz-like atmosphere, we offer a wealth of activities, programs and scouting events. From arts and crafts and Hebrew singing to dancing, sports and nature study, campers gr

ow physically, emotionally and intellectually in a creative and open environment. Campers come away from their Moshava experience with heightened self-esteem and a new Moshava family of friends. In this way, we are able to establish a society based on cooperation and equality. We try to simulate the kibbutz experience while we learn about Israel, Judaism and social justice. We can be found online at campmosh.org. Habonim Dror also runs year-round programs for campers. Eizor Moshava is based in the Baltimore-DC area and offers a variety of fun and educational activites. Revo, Revolution is the Only Real Solution!

Dear Mosh Community, It’s hard to believe it, but we’ve reached our last blog update of the summer. As the session draws to a close, it’s amazing to reflect on how much we’ve done in the past three weeks— from avodah to pish, from Yom Teva to Special Boker. This summer has seen friendships form and deepen, minds expand, kvutzot strengthen… the list could go on and on....

Mosh Nature Appreciation Blog Post!

Hello Mosh Community! For many of our chanichimot (campers), one of the most special aspects of coming to Mosh is being immersed in nature. From the beautiful Serpentine Barrens to the Agam (lake) to the more mundane outdoors where we spend so much of our time each day, Mosh offers campers an opportunity to “touch grass.” One such opportunity took place this Tuesday, when we went to Druid Hill Park in Baltimore for Yom Tzedek (day of action)....
