Elkader residents and visitors. There will be an increased presence of emergency vehicles including ambulance, fire and law enforcement at the sweet corn days grounds in the city of Elkader this afternoon. We are conducting a mock drill for education and training of your first responders that will take place about 4pm. Also there maybe a couple helicopter ambulances in the area also. Please pay attention to your driving in the area.
