Dear Local Business Owners,
As you may have heard we are starting an Exeter High School Mountain Bike club team this fall. The club team will race in the Northern New England Mountain Bike Race League. We have officially been added as a club program at Exeter and are super pumped for this upcoming season.
We need local businesses to helping this new club team take root and grow. I am hoping that you would be interested in assisting us in underwriting a portion of our upcoming season. In recognition of your support your business logo would be on back of our new team riding jerseys. We have two different sponsorship levels, three silver level sponsors and two gold level sponsors. The sponsorships are a three-year commitment, each year payment would be due by early August to help with the upcoming season. For the silver level sponsorship, it would be $500.00 per year and at the gold level, it would be $1,000.00 per year.
The jerseys would be worn by the riders at all of the races over the next three years. All riders, current and future will be provided with a jersey at no cost. Your sponsorship will also pay for race entries and snacks for the riders during practice and races. Every effort is made to make this club team accessible by all that want to participate, we hope to be able to remove all barriers to young riders that want to try this sport.
