Please note our updates to this year’s PTO calendar! Can’t believe September is here.

It’s also time to pay PTO dues. As a reminder, dues are $20 for parents, grandparents, and community members. Dues are $10 for school faculty and staff. We greatly appreciate your support of our endeavors. We accept cash, check, or Venmo (stratfordisd-pto). Please comment, message, or reach out to Laurie Spurlock for payment questions.

Don’t forget about Lazy Hair Day Friday! Throw in a hat and call it good! 🎩 🧢 👒

*This Friday* the 28th! After staying up late to cheer on the Elks, you have one less thing to worry about Friday morning. Whether you’re a student or faculty/staff, you may wear a hat to school by paying a small $2 donation to the PTO! Representatives will be collecting money before the bell rings at each campus. Help us spread the word! 🧢

❗️Reminder about our PTO meeting tonight (Monday), 6 pm, at the MAE library.❗️Parents, grandparents, teachers, staff, and community members are welcome to be a part of the Parent-Teacher-Organization.

PTO Meeting Time! 🍎 Our first and most important meeting of the new school year will be Monday the 24th at 6 pm at the MAE Library.

This will be an informative, planning meeting where we will discuss our First Six Weeks teacher treats and other events coming up this fall.

This year, we hope to enjoy a more “laid-back” approach to our organization which means fewer formal meetings in general, and more fun coffee chats at Sunrise Brew. Also—we are revamping our student birthdays so no treat packing this year.

We know your time is valuable and hope our Year at a Glance calendar is helpful in making PTO a priority when the time comes. New PTO members are always welcome! Please like, comment and share this post so the word gets out. Thank you!

¡Hora de la reunión de PTO! 🍎 Nuestra primera y más importante reunión será el lunes 24 a las 6:00 p. m. en la biblioteca de MAE.

Este año esperamos tener un enfoque más “relajado” para nuestra organización, lo que significa menos reuniones formales y, en general, ¡más cafecitos y pláticas en Sunrise Brew!

Sabemos que su tiempo es muy valioso y esperamos que nuestro calendario “Year at a Glance” les sea útil para planear y darle prioridad al PTO cuando llegue el momento.

🍎 It’s Meet the Teacher Night at Stratford ISD! 🍎 Thanks to our PTO Volunteers for this fun photo backdrop at MAE. Make sure you snap your kids’ photo (we would love for you to tag us)! We have also provided an inflatable arch at the JH/HS cafeteria for the “big kids”! Wishing everyone a safe and happy new school year!
