Attention!!!

Recently the Committee On Finance, Revenue and Bonding Held a Public Hearing which Senate Bill 84 was Discussed. In SB 84 specifically sections 14-28, there are a list of health professions in which license fees are either recommended to be lowered or eliminated. Radiologic Technologists, Nuclear Medicine Technologists, and Respiratory Technologists have been LEFT OUT.

We need you to contact your Representatives and Senators on the committee and off the committee to let them know we should be included in this legislation!!

We’re looking for dynamic speakers to present for the Connecticut Society of Radiologic Technologists in future CEU events throughout 2026. The first event will be a CEU and Brew Event in February 2026 at Two Roads Brewery in Stratford, CT! 🍻

On Sunday the Rad Tech Community in CT lost a long time educator, and CSRT Member.
We remember Antonio "Tony" Santos.

For years he was a clinical coordinator at CT State: Naugatuck Valley and touched the lives of many students and future rad techs. As a Radiographer, MR Tech, and CT Tech he helped countless patients
We send our condolences to his wife Lori and his family, friends, and to all his Rad Family.

Thank you to all who were a part of our 83rd Annual Conference. It was a great success full of great presentations, comradery, inspiring talks of advocacy, and building our future. We greatly appreciate American Society of Radiologic Technologists and Speaker of the House Ashley Smith. Congratulations to our 2025-2026 Board of Directors and all those honored for their service.
