🧡 Meet Heather — and this girl is something special! 🧡

Heather is a beautiful 12 year old auburn cat with the softest fur you have ever felt. But what really sets her apart is how affectionate she is. Her foster mom says there is barely a moment where Heather is not by her side — she is a true lap cat who loves to be held, petted, and brushed and will flop over for a belly rub any chance she gets. 🐱

She is calm, quiet, and just wants to be close to her person. Simple as that. 💕

Heather needs to be the only cat in a home where someone is around often. She thrives on human companionship and will reward you with unconditional love and devotion every single day. 🧡
You do not have to wait for our next event — we offer private at home adoptions for pre approved adopters!

These three incredible siblings were rescued by a kind hearted social worker after being abandoned in an apartment. Now approximately 6 months old they are spayed/neutered and ready to find their forever homes! 🥺💕

Batgirl is a beautiful black and white female, Penguin is a dashing black and white tuxedo boy, and Raven is a stunning all black girl. Three unique personalities and three little purring machines who absolutely love attention! 😍🐱🐱🐱

🐾 Alexis is still waiting and she deserves her person so much! 🐾

This sassy and one of a kind 2 year old has been through a lot — abandoned and then raised an entire litter of kittens, every single one of whom has found a forever home. Now it is finally her turn!

Alexis is loyal, vocal, and full of personality. She will follow you from room to room, tap you with her paw when she wants attention, and keep you thoroughly entertained every single day. She has a little sass but a whole lot of love to give to the right person!

She needs an experienced cat owner who will love her exactly as she is. Best as the only pet in an adult home where she can finally be the center of someone’s world. After everything she has been through she has absolutely earned it! 👑

💕 Happy at home update — Milo and Louie are thriving and we could not be happier! 💕

You may remember Maxwell and Ash who were adopted by the wonderful Drexel family — well meet Milo and Louie and just look at them settling in perfectly! 😍🐱🐱

Their human siblings are absolutely showering them with love and they are already making great progress with their dog sibling too! We love to see it! 🐱🐶💕

We are so grateful to the Drexel family for opening their hearts and home to these bonded brothers. It means more than they know.

There are so many cats and kittens desperately in need of help. Every time a family steps up with love in their heart to adopt, a spot opens up for another cat or kitten to be rescued by SCP. Adoption truly saves two lives — the one that goes home and the one that takes their place. 💜

🐾 We had our adoption event today at Oronoque Farms and what a day it was! 🐾

While it was a quieter adoption day we had some really wonderful moments — a few potential adopters came down to meet our cats, some excited kids stopped in to grab their back to school goody bags, and we received some truly generous donations that mean the world to us and to every cat in our care. 💜🙏

But we did have one very special adoption to celebrate today and she is a good one! 🎉
Sweet Cora has been adopted by the wonderful Laurie and Ron — and this is extra special because they are past adopters who we already know and love! 💕

Cora is heading home to a family that truly understands cats and we could not have asked for a better match for this sweet marshmallow girl. She will have a feline sister to keep her company and we just know she is going to be completely spoiled and adored! 😍🐱

From camping out on a patio hoping someone would notice her to landing in the most perfect forever home — Cora’s story has the most beautiful ending! 🥺💜

Thank you to everyone who came out to support us today — every visit, every donation, and every share makes a difference for these animals! 🐾

🐾 Adopt Munchkin! Approx 7 years old, lovable female. 🐾

Munchkin was rescued as a stray and adopted through SCP back in 2023. Sadly earlier this year her beloved owner passed away leaving behind five adult cats including Munchkin. Four are now in our care.

As the estate was being cleared out and belongings moved from the home Munchkin slipped out and disappeared. She was missing for several months. The moment we learned what happened our volunteers jumped into action and tracked her down within days.

Munchkin is the definition of a calm and loving companion. She is incredibly affectionate, like a little marshmallow who just melts when you pet her. She loves having her belly rubbed, could spend her entire day bird watching from her cat tree, and is very vocal about letting you know when she wants attention!

She adjusted to the adult cats in her foster home easily. She would be happy as your one and only or in a multi cat home, as long as it’s with other calm adults. 💜

You may notice Munchkin sports an ear tip — her badge of honor and a reminder of everything she has been through. After all of it she deserves nothing less than the perfect forever home. 🏡🐾
