Spring Olympics is coming up Tuesday morning at Stratford Elementary, and we are excited that TWO bikes and helmets will be given away during the event!

A huge thank you to Stratford Stride for donating these for our students. The bikes were made possible through Stratford Stride’s Cans for Kids program, which continues to give back to the children and families in our community.

Stratford Stride does so much behind the scenes to support fun events, community projects, and opportunities for kids in Stratford. They are a nonprofit community betterment and volunteer organization, and they are always looking for more people to get involved.

Teacher Appreciation Week is May 4–8

This is a great opportunity to recognize the teachers in our school and the role they play in our kids’ day-to-day learning and growth.

If you’re looking for ways to show your appreciation:
• Send a quick thank you note or email
• Have your child make a card or picture
• Drop off a favorite snack or drink
• Give them a shoutout on social media
• Simply say “thank you” the next time you see them

However you choose to do it, a little appreciation can go a long way. Let’s help make it a positive week for them.

Wear gear from your favorite team. Let’s see which teams are loved the most in Stratford!

Help us keep it going all night.
Please bring a cake, cupcakes or treat to the cafeteria starting at 4:00 PM. We can’t keep the game going without you!

Still have an item to donate? Bring it to the school at 4:00 PM and we’ll get it in the lineup.

You’re the real MVPs. Check your email for your time slot and directions. Copies will also be at your tables so you’re ready to jump right in.

We need CAKES for the Cake Walk!

The Cake Walk is one of the most popular games at Fund Night, and the prize is a cake. If we run out of cakes, the Cake Walk has to shut down early, so we need your help.

We kindly ask that each family bring a cake or a dozen cupcakes.

Please have your cake delivered to the school by 4:00 pm on Saturday, April 18.

Thank you for helping make this a fun event for our students.

If you have an item you would like to donate to the Silent Auction or for door prizes, we would love to have it.

Silent Auction and door prize items can be dropped off at the school by 4:00 pm on Saturday, April 18, or brought in on Friday before 3:00 pm.
