He would have turned 47 yrs old today. A life cut too short at the young age of 29 - to protect our freedom. May we never forget! 🫡

Today we remember and honor one of our own on his birthday - a local hero who gave the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedom and liberty. Brian Hause from Stoystown, PA was a beloved son, husband, and a father who volunteered to join the U.S. Air Force to fight the Post 9/11 war on terrorism, also known as GWOT (Global War On Terrorism). He perished at the young age of 29. Today he would have turned 46 years old. He will remain a forever 29 year old hero in our hearts. His Gold Star mother Kathy Hause Walker was part of the visionary team that was instrumental in opening Patriot Park. She continues to serve on the Board. We are forever grateful for your service and sacrifice, Brian!

Much belated but heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who joined our annual Memorial Service! We would like to express our special thanks to the keynote speaker LTC (Retired) Jason Weigle, a local hero, and SGT (Retired) Alfred Brenner. A big shoutout to Central City VFW Honor Guard, Tina Haydu, SGM (Retired) Neil Hoffman, Bobby Lennon, Members of Civil Air Patrol Cambria County Composite Squad, PA Wing Group 5, Bellwood Community Choir, Patty Kovacs, and all Patriot Park Foundation Board Members and Volunteers. THANK YOU, we could not have such a special service to remember and honor the fallen every year without you. God bless you, and God bless America.
