Our friend and fellow rider Sierra Putnam completed her treatment three months ago and there was no evidence of cancer on her CT and MRI a month later! She has resumed mountain bike racing and is having a great season. Her oncologist has given her the thumbs up to get after it 👍

As Sierra and her dad were departing from Boston after her final chemotherapy treatment, she declared her determination to ride the PMC to raise money for cancer research and treatment.

So, this August Sierra and her dad Adam will ride in the Pan Mass Challenge, a 177 mile bike ride over two days to raise money to fund childhood cancer research and advances to help improve survival and quality of life for anyone with cancer.

It’s hard to imagine a more picture-perfect way to kick off the 2026 riding season, than at the . We saw ideal trail conditions, excellent sportsmanship, and a serious showcasing of our riders technical skills and fitness.

With SIX more races later this summer and fall, we’re just getting started.
