Last month, two Trybal campers tied more than friendship bracelets… they tied *the* knot! MAZAL TOV to campers Jeremy (9th year) and Kadi (8th year) on their wedding! 💕

The camp couple met at Trybal Midwest in 2022, as bunkmates in the Edible Arrangements cabin at Camp Chi. Over Labor Day Weekend, they returned to the place where it all started and hosted a camp-inspired wedding, complete with tree cookies, tie dye, romantic golf cart rides, campfire singalongs led by the bride and groom, and a touch of Trybal magic.

Every year since they met, Jeremy and Kadi have made new friendship bracelets, weaving in intentions for the year ahead. This year, they added wedding rings to the tradition. 💍

We love you, Kadi and Jeremy! May your love be as lasting as tie dye, as infinite as the universe, and as sweet as s’mores! 🚀♥️

And that’s a wrap: 4 camps. 500 tree cookies. 180 electives. 5,270 index cards sent in Trybal mail. 74 lawn flamingos. 32 Israelis. 12 emergency contacts named Deborah. 2 Whitney Houston drum challenge winners. 1 epic summer.

Summer 2026: We couldn’t have asked for a better season. You were filled with the best people, the best moments, and nonstop fun. To everyone who showed up, tried something new, and made room for one more friend: thank you for making this summer so exceptional. 🫶🏻

Same time next year? We have a 10 year anniversary to celebrate. 🎉🍾🍪

Trybal SoCal: You were cockatoo good to be true 🦜. From morning til night, you shook lulavs and cocktails, the 80’s dance floor and 2am karaoke. You debuted an Olympic-worthy round of steal the bacon, made circus-worthy balloon art and Nobel-worthy slime, hosted the most epic pool dance party under the Ojai sun, and took hotdog archery to a whole new level 🌭. From sunrise yoga to sunset silent disco to moonlit hikes and starlit campfires, we are still basking in the glow of every moment together. Thank you for an unbelievable 2026 season closer. We’re already counting down to next year’s Advanced Forking in the Sukkah! 🍋🌿

Trybal Midwest: From the Roaring 20s’ to the 2020s, you made camp unforgettable through the decades. 🎤From Avery’s INSANE bagels to a karaoke that rivaled Eurovision, a neon vs. midnight showdown to a magic cabin we’re STILL talking about, to tasting wh***ey and rye to reverse-bleach tie dye, you make lake life look GOOD ⛵️. We couldn’t have imagined a better weekend with better snacks (hot pocket s’mores, anyone? Anyone?) and look forward to next year’s season of trampball championships. Keep the lake alive, Trybal Midwest! 🙌🏻
