Dear Scouting Parents and Volunteers,
Great Trail Council is beginning an important planning process to evaluate and strengthen the future of our camping programs and facilities. Your perspective as parents, volunteers, and leaders is essential to this work.
We are hosting a series of Town Hall meetings to gather feedback, ideas, and priorities that will help guide long-term decisions about our camps, programs, and investments. These sessions are designed to listen, learn, and engage directly with our Scouting community.
We invite you to participate in one of the following Town Hall sessions:
Town Hall Session #1 – Scouts BSA Parents & Volunteers - Virtual Only
March 5, 2026
6:30 – 8:00 pm
Town Hall Session #2 – Cub Scout Parents & Volunteers – Virtual Only
March 9, 2026
6:30 – 8:00 pm
Town Hall Session #3 – All BSA Parents & Volunteers – In Person & Virtual
March 18, 2026
6:30 – 8:00 pm

The first two sessions will be program specific sessions but the third will cover both programs, so please attend the one that best fits your schedule.
Your input will directly influence the future direction of Great Trail Council’s camping programs and facilities, ensuring they continue to serve youth, families, and units effectively for years to come.
