📅 Save the Date! ⛳

Our Annual Golf Outing will be held on August 1st, 2026 at Roses Run Country Club.

This year’s outing will take place two weeks later than usual—and we did that for a reason with this year marks 20 years since we lost Joe on August 2nd, 2006.

Big things are coming for this year’s event, and we can’t wait to share more details soon!

Mark your calendars now… you won’t want to miss it. 🏌️‍♂️

Tomci enlisted in the Marine Corps right after his 2003 graduation from Stow High School and he loved what he was doing. He felt that they were really doing something worthwhile. Today marks what would have been Joe's 40th birthday. This picture is one of my favorites because it shows Joe's smile and the energy he would bring to a room. If he was around, there was always a new story to be told or made.

It's hard not to think about the path Joe would have taken if he was here today. As we get older and most of us are raising children, it's crazy to think that this kid at all of 18 years old was saying that we will be telling our kids about him.

So as a challenge to remember Joe on this day, we ask that you tell one of your Joe Tomci stories to your family or post on this thread.

We will be gathering on July 19th at Roses Run for our 16th golf outing. Most of our regulars should have received email invitations, but you can email us if you'd like to play as limited spots remain at [email protected]. If you're not golfing, open invite to come up and have some drinks on the patio after 5pm.

Happy birthday Joe! We miss you.

16 years ago, but still feels like yesterday. Joe touched a lot of lives in a short amount of time. Take some time today to think of him and how he impacted your life. We all miss him.
