Celebrating 25 years of the Jett Foundation, and a bold vision for what comes next.

For 25 years, the Jett Foundation has empowered people and families navigating Duchenne muscular dystrophy through transformative programming, education, and support at every stage. As a Yale Appliance Foundation partner, we're proud to help amplify this milestone.

Today the Jett Foundation is sharing its most ambitious chapter yet: Jett's Place. Set on 10 acres in Norwell, MA, Jett's Place will serve as both the Foundation's national headquarters and a first-of-its-kind wellness and retreat center for the Duchenne community.

Designed with direct input from families living with Duchenne, the campus is being engineered to remove physical and social barriers entirely. Plans include barrier-free accessibility across all stages of the disease, adaptive nature and recreation, and educational programming spanning workshops, coding, 3D printing, broadcasting, and life-skills coaching built to foster lifelong independence.

Congratulations to Eric Snyder and the entire Jett Foundation team. This is what community looks like, and we're honored to be part of the journey. Learn more about Jett's Place in the comments!

25 years of impact, community, and hope.

We’re proud to celebrate a milestone with our friends at the Jett Foundation, a Yale Appliance Foundation partner, as they mark a quarter-century of supporting families navigating Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

And the next chapter is a big one. The Jett Foundation just announced Jett’s Place: a first-of-its-kind wellness and retreat sanctuary on 10 acres in Norwell, MA. Designed with families living with Duchenne, it’s built to remove every barrier, so kids, teens, and adults can experience nature, recreation, and real community freely.

Congratulations to the entire Jett Foundation community. Here’s to 25 years, and to everything ahead.

This past week, we attended the For Kids’ Sake Foundations 3rd Annual Celebration of Life 5K to help raise money for childhood cancer.

For Kids’ Sake Foundation (FKSF) has a mission to raise awareness for and improve the lives of children with pediatric cancer. This was the 3rd Annual Celebration of Life 5K in honor of Malia Jusczyk who passed away in June of 2023. Malia and her parents founded the For Kids’ Sake Foundation when Malia was battling her first round of Cancer.

This was a community event that not only included the 5K, but games, raffles, food, drink, and Ice cream trucks, a DJ and more... ending in a firework show! We are proud to support such amazing causes like this one.

Our Yale Appliance Foundation volunteers proudly walked to support breast cancer awareness this past Saturday, June 20th at Nickerson & Hopkinton State Park. 💗

Supporting causes like this helps fund "elemental" research, honors survivors, and brings communities together in the fight against breast cancer.

We're grateful to be part of a movement that makes a difference, one step at a time.
