We’re hiring an Office Coordinator! 💻 📞

This full-time role helps keep Riverside running smoothly while providing excellent care to the many people who interact with our ministry. From assisting parents and guests to managing registrations, handling basic financial tasks, and coordinating administrative details, our Office Coordinator plays an important role at camp.

We’re looking for someone who loves Jesus, loves people, and is organized, relational, and ready to serve! If that sounds like you or someone you know, we’d love to hear from you.

We are sad to share that our amazing Office Coordinator, Ranae Lynch, will be leaving our full-time team at the end of September. 🤍

Ranae has been a bright light at Riverside long before she joined our full-time staff, and we are so grateful for the many years she has served the Lord through Riverside. She will be greatly missed, but we are so excited for her as she steps into a new season of life!

Here's a note from Ranae:

"It has been a privilege to partake in the ministry of Riverside in various ways since 2007, starting as a parent of campers, becoming a camper myself through Adult & Family retreats, and most recently serving as the Office Coordinator.

Over the last six years, I have loved supporting all those who experience Riverside in many practical ways, from speaking with parents on the phone during registration, before drop-off, to the daily workings of Riverside.

I will treasure the relationships I have made with the year-round staff, summer staff & families here over the years.

God is the same now as when I first experienced Riverside in 2007; and always will be. Riverside has been and will continue to be a special place not just for me but for all who come here.

Though it is hard to say goodbye, I look forward to continuing to be involved in the ministry of Riverside in new ways as I look ahead to this new season."

With Ranae stepping away from this role, we are now seeking our next Office Coordinator. As we look toward another great fall of ministry here at Riverside, we are trusting in the Lord's will and timing to lead the right person to this position! There are so many ways we could measure a summer at Riverside. Campers welcomed, meals served, Jesus Fishies made, ice cream cones eaten, cities represented, and so much more! ☀️

But behind every number is a person, a story, and an opportunity to point someone to Jesus. And while there are plenty of numbers worth celebrating, the most important will always be 100%.

Every camper who came to Riverside this summer heard the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. That’s what it’s all about! 🧡

We’re so grateful for everyone who helped make Summer 2026 possible!

Back-to-school season is here! 🎒📚

As our campers and summer staff head back to classrooms, campuses, practices, and new routines, we pray they carry what they learned this summer with them.

The God you experienced at Riverside is the same God who goes with you into every day. Keep seeking Him, stay in His Word, and keep making Christ known wherever He has placed you!

Would you join us in praying for our campers and summer staff as they begin a new school year? Pray that they would continue to know Jesus more deeply, grow in their faith, and boldly share His love with those around them.

The 2026 Women’s Retreat is just over a month away, and we’d love to have you at Riverside for a weekend of worship, fun activities, time in God’s Word, and meaningful fellowship.

And you can make the weekend work for you! Stay overnight for the full weekend, commute each day, come for Saturday only, or add Friday evening to any option for a little extra time away.

This year’s theme, Abide, is rooted in John 15 as we explore what it looks like to remain in Christ through every season of life. We’re excited to welcome Pastor Alice Murray from FaithLife Lutheran Church in Marion, Iowa, as our guest speaker!
