Time for another round of Summer Staff Spotlights! 🤩

This week, we're highlighting Cabin Leaders Andrew Burggraaf, Abby Harding, Dania Parker, and Kenan Taintor!

We want to give a BIG thank you to Bergen Lutheran Church in Roland, IA, for their generous donation to camp today!

Their congregation collected a variety of wellness, program, and hospitality items to help meet needs around camp this summer. These gifts will be a blessing to our campers, staff, and guests, and we are so grateful for their support! 🩵

Riverside's Annual 5K & Quilt Day is almost here! 🏃‍♀️🪡☀️

Join us on Saturday, August 1, for one of our favorite days of the year. Enjoy the 5K walk/run, our popular Quilt Auction (including a live auction at 11:00 AM), outdoor worship, lunch at the Dining Hall, swimming at the Riverside pool, and more!

Funds raised through this event help provide camperships and support the ministry of Riverside as we continue helping people know Jesus Christ and make Him known. ❤️

Week 1 has been a blast so far! 🏕

Campers have been building new friendships, making memories, and learning more about who God is through His Word all week long.

Today, campers learned about God as Adonai Tzva'ot, the Lord of Hosts. After braving a storm this morning, we were especially reminded that God is our protector and defender!

Happy Wednesday! It's time to spotlight a few more of our Summer Staffers 🤩

This week, we're introducing four of our Cabin Leaders: Kelsey Johnston, Josiah Faber, Rachel Engelstad, and Sammy Ballou!

Campers have officially arrived, and these four have already been doing an awesome job serving, leading, and building relationships in their cabins and on day camp. We've loved seeing their energy and excitement for helping campers know Jesus this week!

“What makes Riverside special to you?” ❤

We were so grateful to welcome some of our Riverside partners to camp this past Wednesday and Thursday as they connected with our summer staff and got a glimpse of all that God is doing through this ministry.

We asked them this question and loved hearing their responses. It was a beautiful reminder of the many ways God has used Riverside to impact the lives of His children and draw people closer to Him.

We are incredibly thankful for our generous supporters, whose prayers, encouragement, and generosity help make everything that happens at Riverside possible!

This week, we’re highlighting four of our Support Staffers:
