Many alumni attended the Lodge Leadership Development, learning important skills📝 and giving presentations📊. At the Induction, many alumni were inducted into the Order of the Arrow as new members🎉. While Scouts are enjoying NYLT as they build leadership skills and practice them, becoming better leaders, there is an adventuring party🥳 of people👥 who work to provide this course.

These dedicated individuals are the staff.
The course is youth-led, youth-run!🧒
The youth provide training to other youth through presentations📈, games⚽, and other activities.
They also give opportunities for Scouts to practice their leadership and grow their abilities.
The adults are present to help where necessary and provide supervision🦉, but the youth are in charge.

While staffing is a lot of work, it is also a lot of fun!🤣

Let's give a great big round of applause to our Staff!!!👏👏👏
