ALARMING: New Mexico officials are investigating whether public comments in support of Project Jupiter – a 1,400 acre hyperscale data center being built by Oracle and OpenAI – were fake and submitted under community members’ names without their knowledge.

After analyzing some 17,000 public comments, New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez said many relating to Project Jupiter raise concerns.
