Stony Brook University’s Alternative Spring Break Outreach (ASBO), a student run community service organization.

We are a group consisting of over 80 student volunteers who spend their spring breaks doing community service in various parts of the country, dedicated to connecting students and community while enhancing growth and life-long learning. ASBO Executive Board 2021-2022:

Stony Brook Children’s is hosting its first-ever Teddy Bear Clinic for Girl Scouts at Camp Edey and they need YOUR help to make the event a success! 💛

📅 Saturday, Dec 6, 2025
📍 Camp Edey – Juliette Low Friendship Center
⏰ 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM
🙋 Volunteers Needed: 20 students
👕 Attire: Scrubs, student uniform, or business casual (lab coat optional). Bring SBU ID!

✨ Volunteer Roles:
• Event setup/breakdown
• Greeting & guiding families
• Teddy Bear Care stations 🧸
• Safety education & demos
