The Hand in Hands project seeks to empower our local Long Island prosthetic community with carefully constructed 3D-printed hands designed by Enabling the Future.

On June 3, 2022, our chapter was officially integrated into Enabling the Future! As a fully recognized chapter of the Enable Community, Hand in Hands is proud to distribute 3D-printed, upper limb prosthetics for free. Being on the Enable map makes it easier for us to connect with interested individuals within and beyond our local Long Island circles. This serves as an important milestone for us, and a lot of preparation was done by our dedicated team to support underserved communities.
