The loss of a Coast Guard member is carried every day — by spouses who move forward alone, and by children who grow up without their parent by their side.

The Coast Guard Foundation's Fallen Heroes Scholarship was created for those children. It covers 100% of higher education costs — college, trade school, or professional certification — so they can build their futures completely debt-free.

Our Tragedy Assistance Program provides immediate financial support and ongoing resources to help families find stability and begin to heal.

Those are just some of the ways we show up for our heroes. Every gift helps us provide critical support through wellness programs, education grants, and more.

Donations are currently being doubled up to $100,000 thanks to a generous Coast Guard Foundation supporter.

Every year, Coast Guard heroes respond to thousands of water emergencies. They train hard, make great sacrifices, and show up every single time.

The Coast Guard Foundation provides emergency relief, scholarships, and wellness resources to Coast Guard members and their families — ensuring that when hardship or tragedy strikes, no family faces it alone.

We know this is a little late, but we’re still so excited about the Coast Guard Marathon and wanted to share it with you.
We are so proud to be the presenting non-profit partner for the Coast Guard Marathon. This event weekend means so much to us- we love seeing familiar faces, meeting new friends and hearing stories from runners and families who are so connected to the Coast Guard, this community and this event.
