It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of a truly special part of Stonington Summerfest. For more than 20 years, she served as our Treasurer. Honestly, Kate was so much more than that. She was someone we could always count on, year after year for so many things and especially those delicious green beans that she made for all our pork burger dinners!

She gave her time generously, worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and cared deeply about Summerfest and this community. For a lot of us, it will never be the same without her.

We are incredibly thankful for all she gave and for the many years she dedicated to Summerfest. She will be missed more than words can say.

Our thoughts are with her family and loved ones. 💜

🎄 Christmas on Call 🎄
At SFPD, we are all about serving our community and this year we've decided to try something to help spread a little Christmas joy to those in need within our district!

Christmas on Call is designed to help those who are truly needing some assistance in providing gifts for their children this year. Registration packets can be picked up at Village Hall and returned to the firefighters during one of our trainings on Thursday evenings at the firehouse. The last night we will be accepting registrations is Thursday, December 4.
