We need your help this Giving Tuesday!

We’re looking to fund the next generation of youth leaders in the nonprofit sector, especially those who are making a positive impact on mental health.

But we can’t do it without your help.

We’re setting a fundraising goal of $1,000 this Giving Tuesday to help fund our community service grant, which will be awarded January 1st, 2024.

November is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month.

This month at .co, we’ll return to a regular cadence of posting every friday, with additional posts in between.

Imposter Syndrome is increasingly common among young men these days and often tricks them into thinking they don’t deserve what they’ve worked for.

There are many reasons why it’s come about — but this is a reminder that you’ve earned what you’ve strived for.

Keep going, don’t let the negative, intrusive thoughts, ruined your upward spiral!

In manhattan’s East 86th st location, we’ll be offering free tickets to students (only a few left!) and donating the proceeds to charity (to be announced at the end of the week) organizations with mission’s similar to ours: reducing barriers to mental and physical health options for young adults ❤️

please, consider a donation or signing up via the link in our bio.

An often repeated phrase about life is “no one is entitled to anything.”

To which we would disagree.

While it’s true on the material side, life comes with some intangibles that everyone should have access to.

The caveat here is that we must create spaces for these feelings within our own environment.

If the things around us — our friends, family, acquaintances, careers and educations — are not allowing us these things…

We need to have the presence of mind to let themselves go, or at least distance ourselves from them.

In search of a happier, more fruitful life.

Patience is a matter of finding peace within yourself. That takes time, but it's a journey worth embarking on.

Composure is the gentle whisper of hope in the midst of chaos.

Mental health is a constant process of evolution that takes daily work. Sometimes progress may be slow, but every small step is a victory. 🏆Embrace growth every step of the way!

End of August affirmations from 🙌

In the spirit of being kind to yourself, remember that just because we’re entering a new season does not ALWAYS mean there should be an increased sense of urgency.

Yes, Q4 will inevitably make work a bit more stressful.

Holidays can bring mixed emotions for many folks.

Seasonal depression is real!

Just remember you can still do what got you here and be ok. You can also change it up.

There doesn’t have to be an arbitrary timeline for progress.

End your summer by continuing to love yourself!

There is constant pressure from society to “be better than you were the day before.”

This is a great aspiration, but we shouldn’t try to quantify “better” with concrete terms. Instead, we can reframe our effort based on the parameters of each day.

Certain things are out of our control.

To expect an upward trajectory in everything we do creates unrealistic expectations and higher potential for letdowns and burnout.

Recentering ourselves and giving ourselves more credit when we realize that life is a marathon and not a sprint can help mitigate feelings of defeat and helplessness. ❤️
