May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental Health Awareness Month is about more than just awareness.

It’s about showing up for one another.

It's about asking someone for a shoulder to lean on when you are feeling lost.

It's about sitting in supportive silence when words are too hard.

It's about recognizing that everyone struggles from time to time - and that's okay.

It's about feeling safe to Talk About It.
