Today, we celebrate a beautiful forever family. đź’™

The Community Connections family is overjoyed to congratulate Paulette Reid on the adoption of Jeremiah and Justice Reid!

After spending 1,373 days in foster care, Jeremiah and Justice have officially found their forever home with the person who has loved and cared for them every step of the way. Their journey was guided by our Manager of Foster Homes and Intake, Leslie Mathews, whose dedication helped make this day possible.

The adoption took time, but the love was there from the very beginning.

Paulette, thank you for opening your heart and home and for giving Jeremiah and Justice the love, stability, and support every child deserves. Your compassion has forever changed their lives.

Their adoption was finalized on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at the Henry County Superior Court—a day their family will cherish forever.
