DreamBig Georgia, Incorporated Hello Beautiful Queens! My name is Brenda Robinson, and I am the founder and director of “Dream Big Georgia, Inc.”.

I have a vision of assisting girls in making their dreams come true by providing them with the necessary tools to attain their goals. I decided six years ago to pursue my dream of going back to school to become an educator. With God’s blessings, I received my Masters in Education, as a Specialist inTeaching and Learning, and I am working toward my doctorate in Education. My dedication to our youth

is so important to me, and I am determined to change or enhance their lives. I am the proud mother of two daughters (Kiristen and Kristen). I am blessed to be married for over 20 years. I am so proud of my family’s accomplishments. Kiristen plays basketball on the collegiate level. My daughter, Kristen, was the 2011 Miss Teen Georgia USA. She is the first African American to hold this title in the state of Georgia. This past summer, she was fortunate to compete in Miss Teen USA and was selected as a semi-finalist. The title of Miss Teen Georgia USA has afforded her the opportunity to go out and speak with other teens about her experiences. She has also bonded with girls across the world that she is proud to call her pageant sisters. Both of my daughters’ experience and exposure will also help other girls believe in their dreams. Our inaugural Miss East Georgia Pageant and workshops will allow each participant to receive intimate instruction and encouragement. We are so excited about you becoming our Dream Big sisters.

We had an awesome, very well attended and very informative workshop on Saturday, February 11th. Our next workshop is this Saturday, March 3rd, 9-5, at The Double Tree Hotel, 4156 LaVista Road, Tucker, GA, 30084. The workshop is FREE and open to all young ladies, ages 5-18. Don't miss this exciting event. See you there!
