Meet Dr. Tammy Hughes, MDM’s new Advancement Coordinator! Tammy holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Social Work, and has over ten years of experience building capacity and collaborative culture at nonprofits in the Atlanta area. Tammy’s Advancement Coordinator role at MDM entails a focus on communications, volunteer engagement, and fundraising. Welcome to the team, Tammy!
